Rules of Conduct
1. Clean up after yourself. If you leave a mess when you depart, then you will NOT be allowed to return to the property. No exceptions. If the mess you leave is deemed excessive, then you will also be charged a cleaning fee. This is a private establishment ... so please treat it accordingly. 2. Do not sit or stand on the tables. The building has plenty of chairs. If you are caught sitting or standing on a table, you will be charged the cost of replacing that table due to any damages. Do not stand on the chairs. Chairs are made for sitting on only. IF you are caught standing on a chair, you will be charged the cost of replacing that chair due to any damages. 3. Do not sit on the window ledges, they are not chairs. 4. Any physical damage to the building will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please report any accidental damages immediately to avoid these actions. Accidents do happen ... no one is perfect. 5. Avoid any profanity or explicit comments. This includes clothing and drawings as well. This is a family store and there might be children around. Such language or visual actions/drawings will bet you removed from the store property. 6. Do not be loud and disruptive. Horseplay will result in your removal from the property. Many people are here to enjoy themselves, be courteous to them and they will be courteous to you. 7. No bikes, roller blades, skateboards, scooters, etc will be allowed inside the building. Anyone found using these items inside the building will be removed from the property and not allowed to return. 8. Do not damage the store miniature terrain. It is supplied as a courtesy. If you are not using the terrain, please do not touch it. If you are using the terrain for a game, then please return it to the safety of the racks from which you removed it when you are finished. 9. If your game requires you to rearrange tables, please check with the staff before moving them; we have many different events scheduled and the tables may already be in place or spoken for. Please return tables and chairs as you found them when you are finished. 10. Players have the right to trade with other players, anywhere in the store with the exception of in the actual storefront. Trading for cash between players is strictly forbidden and will result in all parties being banned from the property. 11. Respect the Pandemonium staff and follow their instructions. 12. Please close all exterior doors behind you when you enter or exit. 13. We close promptly at midnight, please keep aware of the time and be prepared to leave on time. 14. Just because it is not on this list does not mean you can do it. Use common sense. ADULT SUPERVISION POLICY For the safety of Pandemonium customers and employees, individuals under the age of 18 visiting Pandemonium after 6 p.m. must be supervised by an adult 21 years of age or older. IDENTIFICATION All guests must carry and be prepared to show appropriate identification with proof of age. Acceptable identification includes a driver's license, state identification card, college or military ID, visa or passport. Guests under 18 must remain in the company of their adult supervisor at all times. POLICY ENFORCEMENT If Pandemonium Staff or Agents determine an individual is under 18 and not accompanied by an adult after 6 p.m. they will be escorted from the property. Assistance may be given contacting an adult as necessary. RULES OF CONDUCT To assure a safe and comfortable shopping and gaming experience, all customers are expected to be familiar with and follow Pandemonium Rules of Conduct. Rules of Conduct are displayed throughout the building. Violators of this Policy and Rules of Conduct will be asked to leave and may be subject to expulsion, banning, arrest and/or prosecution as appropriate.
