Warhammer 40K Circuit


A Circuit of six qualifying Warhammer 40K Tournaments in Southern
Michigan to receive an invite to the Great Lakes Masters Tournament with
a prize pool of a minimum $1000!

June 7th Pandemonium in Garden City
June 21st Fortress Comics and Games in East Lansing
June 28th Planeswalkers Magic Bag in Jackson
July 12th Pandemonium in Garden City
July 26th Planeswalkers Magic Bag in Jackson
August 2nd Fortress Comics and Games in East Lansing

Masters Tournament on August 16th at Fortress Comics and Games

Structured Rules for the six Qualifying Warhammer 40K Tournaments:

1. Entry Fee will be $25 into any single Qualifying Tournament.
2. Registration begins at 9 am and the Tournament begins at 10 am.
3. Each Qualifying Tournament will have $150 in prize support to be divided among Best Over All, Best General, Best Painted, and Best Sportsman.
4. The Qualifying Tournaments will be utilizing the Official Grand Tournament 2008 Rules Packet.
5. Forge World rules will not be allowed.
6. All armies must be painted in order to receive a qualifying score.
7. Each player must bring six copies of their army list - one for themselves, one for the judges, and one for each opponent.
8. Each Qualifying Tournament will consist of 4 Rounds and allow a maximum of 1750 points for players to build their armies.
9. The Qualifying Tournaments have a cap of 30 players per event and will grant 4 invitations to the Masters Tournament to the top 4 finishers per
event. Each player can only qualify once If you have already earned an invite and place in the top four of another Qualifying Tournament, and thus
would have received an invite to the Masters Tournament; the invite is given to the next highest placing player and you receive the right to
participate in the Masters Tournament with either the army you played to receive the first invitation to the Masters Tournament or any other army
that you played and would have received an invite due to final standings of that Qualifying Tournament.


Structured Rules for the Invitational Masters Warhammer 40K Tournament:

1. Entry Fee will be $15.
2. Registration begins at 9 am and the Tournament begins at 10 am.
3. The Masters Tournament will have a minimum $1000 in prize support (more depending on total entries in Qualifying Tournaments).
4. The Masters Tournament will be utilizing the Official Grand Tournament 2008 Rules Packet.
5. Forge World rules will not be allowed.
6. All armies must be painted for this event.
7. Each player can only play an army in which he/she qualified with at a Qualifying Tournament (changes from the initial list are allowed).
8. Each player must bring six copies of their army list - one for themselves, one for the judges, and one for each opponent.
9. The Masters Tournament will consist of 4 Rounds and allow a maximum of 1750 points for players to build their armies.
10. First, Second, Third, and Fourth place finishers will receive a Great Lakes Masters Tournament Circuit Trophy (Grand Tournament Glass
Trophy) with their names etched on the trophy. First place finisher will have his/her name on the Circuit Wall Plaque.
11. Qualified players that are unable to attend this event must contact a judge so that another player may fill their slot in this event.
